Workshops & Private Sessions: Terms & Conditions

Service Inclusions

  • Workshops: Includes participation in specialized yoga workshops as per the session description provided during booking.

  • Private Sessions: Personalized one-on-one classes, including yoga, reiki,   sound/gong healing, conducted at a pre-agreed time.

Booking Policy

  • All workshops and private sessions must be booked in advance via email at ask@vikasa.com or through MindBody.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a reply from Vikasa Yoga Studio.

Check-in Policy

  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session start time.

  • Late arrivals exceeding 5 minutes may result in booking cancellation without refund, and the session will proceed without the late guest, or be cancelled at the election of the Vikasa teacher in his/her sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the agreed session time with no charge.

  • Cancellations made between 12–4 hours prior to the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours prior to the session will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

  • If Vikasa cancels the session within 12 hours of the scheduled time, no charges will apply, and an equivalent session will be offered free of charge.

Refund Policy

  • All workshops and private sessions are non-refundable unless cancellation aligns with the policies stated above.

  • Guests who leave a session after it has started will not be eligible for refunds or cancellations.

Membership and Pass Usage

  • Memberships or class passes cannot be used to pay for workshops or private sessions unless specifically stated in the offer.

  • Workshops and private sessions are exclusive to the booked guest(s) and cannot be transferred to others.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Private Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed based on availability, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests for Private Sessions made less than 12 hours prior will be treated as a cancellation and will incur fees according to the cancellation policy.

  • Workshops: Rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances.

Studio Policies

  • Vikasa reserves the right to modify session timings or teachers, or cancel workshops and private sessions. In such cases, guests will be notified in advance, and rescheduling options (if applicable) will be offered.

  • Amenities provided during workshops or private sessions must be handled with care. Guests are responsible for any damage or misuse, and additional charges may apply.

Health and Safety

  • Guests must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or limitations before the session begins.

  • Vikasa reserves the right to deny participation to individuals exhibiting symptoms of contagious diseases or inappropriate behavior.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating in workshops or private sessions, guests acknowledge and accept the risks involved and waive any claims against Vikasa, its staff, and instructors for injuries or damages incurred during these activities.

Taxes

  • All prices are subject to 7% VAT.

Rights Reserved

  • Vikasa reserves the right to modify or cancel packages without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
