Terms and Conditions

Package Inclusions

Each package includes the services listed below. The duration of each service is clearly specified:

  • Nourish: 3 Massages (60 minutes each) and 1 Reiki session (60 minutes).

  • Elevate: 2 Private Yoga sessions (60 minutes each) and 1 Massage (90 minutes).

  • Vitality: 1 Massage (60 minutes), 1 Sound Healing Therapy session (60 minutes), 1 Private Yoga session (60 minutes), and 1 Juice Cleanse day.

  • Samadi: 1 Reiki session (60 minutes), 1 Sound Healing Therapy session (60
    minutes), 1 Private Yoga session (60 minutes), and 1 Massage (60 minutes).

Booking and Availability

  •  All services included in the packages must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
    and are subject to availability.

  • Services can be scheduled on different days based on guest preference and spa availability.

Validity 

  • Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

  • Packages must be used within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Unused services after the validity period will not be refunded or extended.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must adhere to Vikasa’s general policies. Failure to comply will result in the service being forfeited.

  • Cancellation window for Private 1-1 sessions and massages: minimum 12 hours
    prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late Show Policy

  • Guests are required to arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment.

  • Bookings will be released and considered a no-show if the guest fails to respect this
    window.

Service Selection

  • 60-minute or 90-minute massages included in the packages can be selected from the spa’s current menu for services of the same duration, excluding special massages/treatments.

Exclusivity

  • Packages cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, loyalty programs, or discounts.

Health Conditions

  • Guests are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or special requirements during booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.

Juice Cleanse Day (Vitality Package)

  • Juice cleanse offerings are based on the availability of ingredients and are prepared fresh daily.

  • Specific preferences or allergies must be communicated during booking.

Taxes

  • All prices are subject to 7% VAT.

  • The spa reserves the right to modify or cancel packages without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
