Vikasa Yoga Studio Policy

Please make an online reservation in advance to save your spot for class on mindbodyonline.com or by email to ask@vikasa.com. Your spot is not guaranteed until you receive a reply confirming.

Every Yogis should arrive minimum 15 minutes before the class start at the sala

All our Yogis must sign in for class at the reception desk and present at your arrival:

• For members: ID card
• For non-members and for the first enrollment: please come at least 20 minutes prior to the class start time and provide an ID Card

Sign in will be allowed up to a maximum of 5 minutes before the class start time. Should you arrive past the 5 minutes window, your booking will be released and considered as no-show and guest in waiting list will be added.

Once the class has started and the doors are closed, no one is allowed to enter in the yoga sala.

Usage of Membership and/or Group Class Packages

Our memberships or group class packages are exclusive and personal, they can not be shared or transferred to any other person. The membership period calculation will start the day of the first class sign-in. The membership must be activated within the month of the purchase. The membership will be automatically cancelled for any fraud or attempted sharing and will not be refunded.

Temporary Membership suspension

Any membership cannot be suspended or postponed

Cancellation Policy

• For regular classes: 
• • You can early cancel your booking minimum 60minutes prior to class
  • Guests who attend a yoga class and decide to leave after it has started will not be eligible for a cancellation and refund

• For Workshop / Private Class: 
• • Confirmed bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the agreed time with no charge.
  • If the guest cancels or wishes to reschedule any booking between 12 – 4 hours prior to the booking, a 50% cancellation fee is charged.
  • If the guest cancels or wishes to reschedule any booking within 4 hours prior to the booking, the booking is charged at 100%.

If Vikasa cancels any booking within 12 hours prior to the booking, no amount will be charged and an equivalent booking will be provided free of charge

Refund Policy

All packages, programs and memberships already purchased are fully non-refundable.

Guests who have paid for a class but haven’t attended on the same day can join a later class instead.

For workshops/Private class: Refundable accordingly with Vikasa Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULE CHANGES & STUDIO CLOSURE

Vikasa reserves the right to change the class schedule at anytime.

Vikasa reserves the right to change the opening and closing hours at anytime.

No refunds can be claimed.

Amenities Policy

Members are expected to handle the equipment and amenities provided by Vikasa with care. This includes and is not limited to; yoga equipment, towels, showers and lavatories.

Members who tries to take the Vikasa‘s property outside of the property may have their membership terminated.

Vikasa reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in the civil court or criminal court against any members attempting to remove items belonging to the studio. Vikasa may terminate guest membership without any compensations or refunds.

Non-Access Vikasa Policy

Vikasa reserves the right to refuse access to any guest who :

• Has a symptom of pestilence or contagious disease
•  Is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
• Is aggressive or displays any other inappropriate behaviors provoking disturbance

No-Smoking Policy

Please note that all Vikasa is 100% non-smoking.

No-Child Policy

The facilities and services at Vikasa are designed for adults (minimum age 16) seeking the time, place, and guidance to improve their state of well-being. We do not offer or provide products and services to children.

No-Pets Policy

Vikasa doesn’t allow pets.

Lost & Found Policy

All items found in changing rooms or common areas of Vikasa re logged and stored in our reception for a period of one (1) month.

Vikasa does not bear responsibility for any loss or theft or damages of any items left in lockers and/or on our premises and cannot guarantee that the item(s) were found nor will Vikasa provide any compensation for item(s) lost or forgotten under any circumstances.

We will not release any lost and found without valid photo ID for security purposes.

Parking Policy

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at arrival with valet. Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Vikasa shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on Park Origin property.

Liability Cause

Please remember that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins.

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at Vikasa. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, or workshops. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Vikasa and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities. If I am pregnant or become pregnant or am post-natal, my signature verifies that I am participating in yoga classes with my doctor’s full approval. I realize that I am participating in yoga classes at my own risk. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Vikasa its owners, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities at Vikasa, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Please practice mindfully and enjoy the many benefits of practicing yoga with Vikasa.

Vikasa reserve the right to ask any member who does not comply with our policies to
leave the studio immediately.
