Final step to become a member
We have received your details and are excited to have you join us. The final step is to complete the annual registration payment of 1,000 Thai Baht.
The payment can be made in person or through the secure Flywire Payment Link here:
If you are signing up whilst at Vikasa in person, you can pay via cash or card onsite at reception.
Once the payment is made, our team will be in touch via email to welcome you officially to the program and to provide you with your log in details so you can access your loyalty account anytime from your own devices. Please allow us 24 hours to confirm your payment and send the email. If you require assistance, you can contacts us directly at loyalty@vikasa.com
Payment Policy
Due to limited spaces for Vikasa courses throughout the year, a deposit is required to secure the booking. A non-refundable $500 deposit is payable at the time of booking with the remaining balance due no later than 60 days prior to start of the course.
Cancelation Policy:
$500 deposit is non refundable.
60 days+ prior to event:
Full amount is transferable to a future YTT or Signature Retreat (as applicable).
Less than 60 days prior to event:
By this time all participants must have paid for the course in full. Any cancellation during this period does not qualify for a refund or transfer.
