Each course provides personalized one-to-one sessions with our yoga instructors, nutritionists, and other qualified professionals who can adapt your program to your specific needs and experience level. Most of our personal wellness programs are accessible to everyone – no previous experience of yoga or meditation necessary.

Our 6 lifestyle programs offered at Vikasa Yoga Retreat in Koh Samui are all unique. Each one has a specific approach to help you achieve a goal, whether its getting back on track or starting fresh with a shiny new lifestyle or beginning a journey into the world of yoga. Most of our programs are open to all people of all levels, the only exception being our Deepen program which is designed for moderate yoga practitioners who want to take their yoga practice to the next level.
