Writer and mindfulness teacher Pamela Maran brings fun and silence together. She has held retreats across the world and this is the first one in Thailand. Retreat will be intensive with practices throughout the day. Hard and deep practices alternate with fun lectures and playgrounds. These 6 days will be time for self reflection, deeper inner work, working through the layers of armour and finding our true essence. Pamela Maran aka Sleeping Yogini shares personal stories about ego and creating space for being human and divine in their equanimity.

Has studied yoga and meditation in Thailand and India (2016-2019). Her main work is storytelling on self reflections. She has published 6 books. Her stories (in Estonian language) are available on Facebook page: Sleeping Yogini.

Mary-Liis Paimre

Co-teacher Mary-Liis is Pamela’s long time student and beloved friend who gives deep and powerful hatha yoga classes. If Pamela is the bad cop of the retreat, Mary-Liis is the good cop, who brings sunshine and love to the field.
