REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Do you feel as if your emotional stability is unbalanced? Do you feel anxious or depressed? Does your body feel as if it’s just had enough? If any of these things sound like you, you may want to consider giving Reiki Energy Healing a try!
What is Reiki Energy Healing?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that channels positive energy into your body through the hands of a Reiki Practitioner. This form of energy work is non-invasive and is believed to be sourced from an all-encompassing, universal energy.
Reiki is believed to help improve a variety of health conditions including stress, migraines and headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, menopausal symptoms and insomnia.
How does it work?
Reiki works by channeling energy into the areas of your body that need healing. Your body then intuitively uses this energy to heal itself.
During our day to day lives, we are constantly exchanging energy with those around us. When someone is happy, we can feel it. Likewise, when someone is stressed or unhappy, we also feel it. This exchange of energy helps us to understand the environment we’re in and whether or not it is safe. Being bombarded with stress, anxiety or other forms of negative energy on a consistent basis causes imbalance in our Subtle Body (energetic body).
During a Reiki energy healing session, the practitioner places their hands on or above each chakra and allows positive energy to flow through them and their hands into you. This allows the energetic body to rebalance itself. For physical injuries and ailments, the practitioner can place their hands on the affected areas, allowing healing energy to flow directly to where it’s needed for healing in the body.
